About Us
Living Rooms by Gayle is a locally owned and operated interior design business. Owner and senior designer Gayle Funk put in twenty-one years of employment at area design businesses before establishing her own studio in the heart of downtown Newton in June, 2006. Gayle and her team of designers strive to combine high quality professional interior design services with the personal connection of a community business.

Our interior design process begins in your home. We cater our designs to the client's personal style, existing furniture and art, home layout, and adjacent spaces. The new updated interior should flow seamlessly with the old, enhancing the character and integrity of the home. To achieve this, we bring the ideas and product samples to you, conducting the initial planning appointments in your space. In addition to planning home remodels and re-designs, we also consult on paint color and furniture layouts for quick and simple room updates.
